When professional cyclists fly to Australia, Abu Dhabi or China, it can only mean one thing – the cycle racing season has begun. The 28 cyclists in the Belgian Lotto Soudal racing team will be travelling all over the world over the next few months, hoping to win races in the WorldTour. Whilst on their travels, they need to protect the team’s essential equipment – the bicycles. And so Lotto Soudal has been placing its trust in B&W International bike.cases since the start of 2015.
Ever since the professional team, which includes some of Europe’s most successful riders like André Greipel and Marcel Sieberg, has been using B&W International cases, the professional cyclists have been able to rest assured that their bicycles are safe. “We can really rely on bike.cases. When we arrive at our destination, we never find a scratch on our bicycles,” says André Greipel. “I’m a big fan of the cases, especially the bike guard curv. It’s extremely light and yet robust enough to protect our bicycles.” By making economies in the use of very heavy materials, the bike guard curv is up to 50% lighter than other bicycle cases. The high-quality polypropylene ensures reliable and safe transport. Marcel Sieberg is also enthusiastic about the convenience of travelling with the bike guard curv: “It’s not only easy to pack the bikes in the cases. Thanks to the free-running wheels and the carry and pull straps, it’s also easy to transport the bike cases.”
B&W International sponsors the Lotto Soudal team with more than 80 bike guard curv and bike bags: a significant help when it comes to ensuring the cyclists can travel from race to race without any worries.
