Where can I buy B&W outdoor cases?

B&W outdoor cases are available from a large numer of dealers. Use our dealer search to find your nearest dealer: Dealer Locator.

What approvals / certificates are available for B&W outdoor cases?

The B&W outdoor.cases are certified according to STANAG 4280, DEF STAN 81-41 and ATA 300. A UN approval certificate is also available on request.

Are B&W outdoor cases waterproof?

Yes, all B&W outdoor cases are waterproof according to IP67.

What interior fittings are available for B&W outdoor cases?

Cube foam inlay (SI), foam inlay (FI) and padded dividers (RPD) are available.

Can I buy the different inserts for the B&W outdoor cases?

Yes, the inserts can be purchased separately from our dealers.

What accessories are available for B&W outdoor cases?

Accessories include shoulder straps, backpack systems, panel frames and lid pockets. Not all accessories are available for every case size. Please check our website to see which accessories are suitable for your case size.

Where can I buy the accessories for my B&W outdoor case?

Yes, there is a 2-year warranty.

Can I adapt the interior of my B&W outdoor case to my equipment?

Yes, with the variable divider or by using cube foam, individual customization is possible.

Can I customize my outdoor case?

Yes, in color as well as through branding.

Is there a minimum order quantity for customizing my B&W outdoor case?

The minimum order quantity for cases with an individual contour part is 10 pieces. Cases with company logo are available from 25 pieces.

Which B&W outdoor cases are suitable for air travel?

All B&W outdoor.cases are suitable for flying due to the  automatic pressure equalization valve.

Which B&W outdoor cases have a trolley function?

The 6600, 6700, 6800, 7200, 7300 and 7800 cases are equipped with a trolley function.

My outdoor case is damaged after a flight. What can I do?

In the event of damage after the flight, the procedure depends on what exactly was damaged. We recommend submitting a claim to the airline and reporting the damage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

What is the warranty on B&W outdoor cases?

We offer a 30-year warranty on our outdoor cases.
