Can I customize the interior of my B&W case?
Yes, B&W offers the possibility to customize the interior. This includes tailor-made foam inserts, special compartment dividers and other customizations to meet specific requirements.
What do you need to create a customized foam?
To create a customized rigid foam insert, we need a 3D drawing of the product to be packaged or the equipment to be packaged itself. On this basis, we create a sample or an approval drawing.
How long does it take to produce a sample?
As a rule, samples are produced or approved within approx. 10 working days.
How long is the production time for a customized case inlay?
We require approx. 20 working days for the production of the hard foam inlay after approval of the sample or drawing - depending on the required quantity, among other things.
From what quantity can an individual foam be produced?
We can produce individual foam inlays from a quantity of 10.
What material are the foam inserts made of?
Different materials and colors are possible depending on requirements and wishes, and we can also offer different densities and thicknesses.
As standard, we use a black rigid foam with a recycled content of currently 30%. We will be happy to advise you on your individual project.
For which cases do you offer individual foam inlays?
We can produce individual inserts for all B&W outdoor cases, from small to military transport cases.
Are there inlays made of antistatic or electrically conductive material?
Yes, we offer these options on request.
What is the maximum size for a foam inlay?
We can provide the entire B&W range of multi-purpose cases and transport and storage containers with customized inlays.
