    • Values range from 0 (no protection) to 6 (dust-tight).

Is the energy case waterproof?

Yes, the energy.cases are waterproof to IP54 or IP65.
IP54: is suitable for use in dusty environments and is resistant to rain or splashing water. However, it is not completely waterproof and should not be immersed in water.

IP65: is completely dustproof and can withstand strong water jets, but is not suitable for permanent submersion.

With the NFC chip, which is integrated in products such as battery.case, starlink.case and energy.case, consumers can quickly and easily access the operating instructions for the respective products by simply scanning the NFC chip.
This is how the NFC chip works:

  • Android users: Require an NFC app and must activate NFC in the settings
  • iPhone users (from iPhone 7): The NFC tag is read automatically, without an additional app
