Foam inlays

Our foam inserts are not only functional - they meet the highest requirements in the defense sector. In combination with B&W cases, they provide certified all-round protection that lasts during transport, storage and use worldwide.

Developed according to military standards:

DEF STAN 81-41: British Defence Standard - defines requirements for military packaging systems in terms of structure, load-bearing capacity, material quality and protective behavior.
STANAG 4280: NATO Standardization Agreement - regulates the interoperability and interchangeability of packaging for military equipment in the NATO area.
IP67 certification (IEC 60529): Dust-tight and waterproof: complete protection against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water (up to 1 m for 30 min).
ATA SPECIFICATION 300 (Category I): Aviation standard for reusable packaging that must withstand at least 100 air transport missions - ideal for military air transport units.

B&W Defence offers ready-to-use charging cases for radios that combine transport, storage and charging functions in a single system - robust, secure and ready for immediate use.

Integrated power supply - cleverly packaged
Our charging cases are equipped with integrated charging units that are specially designed for the radios and battery types used (e.g. Harris, Motorola, Thales). The cables and chargers are safely routed in tailor-made foam inserts, while the system can be charged or prepared when closed - e.g. via external connections.

Our TV case with integrated screen lift offers a robust, ready-to-use solution for the protected transportation and immediate use of monitors up to 75". Ideal for tactical situation centers, mobile command units or field presentations - where every second counts.
